Changing modes include those for snow, sand or mud, all of which include available all-wheel-drive. The vehicle’s VTEC V-6 engine and available i-VTM4 AWD system assist you in plowing through and powering through any road condition you may encounter. No matter how bumpy, how rugged or how unpredictable the road you travel, you are assured an all-out smooth drive thanks to the Passport’s 4-wheel independent suspension and 9-speed transmission.

A look inside and out
Inside the Passport is 115.9 cubic-feet of passenger space and a total interior volume of 157.1 cubic-feet for all your camping, traveling or every day trips. There is also a 215-watt audio system with a 5.0-inch display monitor and six speakers, a subwoofer and a volume knob for diehards is standard on this vehicle. Those who want more can take advantage of two accessory packages to choose from. Those include the Adventure Package with running boards, a trailer hitch and a roof bin, and the Urban Package, with front and rear underbody spoilers, 20-inch wheels, cargo storage bins, roof rails and crossbars. While the overall look of the new Passport is familiar, the new model is six inches shorter than the Pilot with the same wheelbase and rides almost an inch higher.
